Brett and I have worked together for over 15 years with the Sun Life Financial UpTown Waterloo Jazz Festival and Brett is simply the best piano tuner I have worked with. His quiet, peaceful demeanor leads him to having his “ear to the piano” with the most professional results. We have received many compliments over the years by some of the great pianist that have graced our stage. Michael Kaeshammer, Freddy Cole, Denzal Sinclaire to name a few. “Tuned to Perfection” is a high compliment from artists such as these.

As The Registry Theatre celebrates its 10th season of jazz, we also mark the 10th year of Brett Bossenberry as our exclusive piano tuner. Piano virtuosos such as Don Thompson, Hilario Duran, and Oliver Jones have all remarked on the the precise tuning and beautiful sound of our Yamaha grand. Thank you, Brett.

Brett has tuned the piano at our Heritage Village for several years now. As a Museum Conservator, I have a professional interest in making sure collection objects are properly maintained. Brett is always reliable, courteous and very competent as a piano tuner but I especially appreciate his musical knowledge and calm, friendly manner. I always enjoy his ‘tuning visits’. He has helped us out in tough scheduling spots when we needed the piano tuned with very short notice – he came through for us to our great relief. I highly recommend Brett. — Richard Fuller
Brett Bossenberry supplied the tuning for the baby grand piano. Brett was extremely precise in his work (as a master is). This type of work is crucial to a recording and Brett’s craft is definitely to be applauded. As a 4th generation Piano Tuner/Technician. He has been offering complete piano tuning, repairs and services for many years. Some of his past clients are John Sherwood, the Mantini Sisters, Freddie Cole and the Waterloo Jazz Festival.
